Hiring professional for the role of Instructional designer with the one of Global Services firm for the Gurgaon location.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Instructor-led and scenario-based training, e-learning, application-based learning modules, assessments, customized solutions, and performance-based blended learning solutions
Identify and confirm customer business objectives, course-level objectives, audience requirements, and other project drivers required to create a robust solution
Identify client requirements and recommend effective solutions based on their needs
Confirm and recognize implementation issues and constraints; collaborate with the Development team/SMEs/Trainers to communicate technology requirements and use this information to make informed design decisions.
Identify gaps between learners' existing knowledge and training goals and use the analysis findings for developing an effective and engaging curriculum/solution
Apply various instructional strategies, models, and theories to create effective learning content
Develop a productive rapport with internal teams and business stakeholders by facilitating design sessions, presenting finished work, and confirming expectations on a regular basis
Collaborate with the Project Manager/Lead to ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget
High attention to detail
Create storyboards for different delivery mediums (CBTs, ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended)
Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent hands on experience in MS Office suite, Adobe tools (Adobe Connect, Acrobat, Frame Maker, Captivate, Articulate), Snag IT, Camtasia, Storyline, Questionmark, UPK, etc
- Should be familiar with authoring tools such as Author ware, graphic tools - Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop/ Macromedia Fireworks, CorelDraw
- Ability to comprehend highly technical content and different technologies
- Significant experience with CBT, WBT, and ILT development will be highly preferred
- Excellent Communication skills: Both written and oral communication in English.
- Good knowledge of adult learning and ID methodologies, ID principle, ADDIE model and Bloom's taxonomy
- Excellent visualization skills
- Ability to think creatively and conceptualize the design of e-learning courses (graphics, animations, interactive charts and graphs, video-based scenarios)
