Instructional Designer - BFSI

Title : Instructional Designer

We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop our learning content for AAA, tooling training programs and our BAU programs as well. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Additionally we will utilise the resource to create power point presentations for FCSU that are shared with senior stakeholders in FCC / Group, visitors to FCSU, regulators, etc.

Responsibilities

Create engaging learning design and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts on the correctness and completeness of the content

State instructional end goals and create content that matches them

Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments

Maintain project documentation and course folders

Develop lucid and engaging Power point presentations that clearly convey the message to stakeholders

Adhere to project timelines

Requirements

Proven working experience in instructional design and creating high impact power point presentations

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Lesson and curriculum planning skills

Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge

Basic Understanding of Learning Management Systems

Visual design skills and ability to storyboard

Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts

Degree in instructional design is preferable
