Design end-to-end training solution
Working along with the stakeholders to define the curriculum design/solution.
Interacting with the Stakeholders and on a daily basis.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and course instructors & identify what end users need to learn.
Develop storyboard and simulations.
Provide direction to the Media/Web Development Team on as E-learning / M -learning modules,
Review design and development deliverables to ensure quality
Develop prototypes (WBTs and Classroom Training), Create instructor led courses, job aids and other training deliverables.
Structure content and activities for student learning.
Graphic representation on learning method analysis
Preparing interactive learning modules with wide range of interactive activities like quizzes, games, puzzles, question and answers and rapid fire rounds.
Integrate adult-learning methodology with interactive technology to facilitate a high level of end user satisfaction.
Create media to support learning (e.g., visual aids for face-to-face, various multimedia for e-learning and online).
Key Skills :
Should have good understanding of ADDIE Model and Accelerated Learning principles
Should be an MBA/Graduate in in HR from a premier B school or hold a diploma from ISTD/ASTE
6- 8 years of experience in L&D/ISD.
