Instructional Design Lead

We represent a multinational corporation which is a leading provider of learning solutions and services for academic institutions, companies and governments worldwide.

Job responsibilities

- Gather customer requirements, analyze learning needs, analyze source content provided by customer, and gather other content based on requirements

- Design appropriate instructional solutions

- Develop instructionally sound design document and storyboards incorporating visualization strategies

- Communicate solution effectively to client executives, project managers, visual design leads, and technical leads

- Estimate efforts for ID tasks based on scope of solution

- Modify solution on the basis of changing client requirements and effort estimates

- Mentor ID team for documentation, storyboarding, and visualization

- Perform reviews for design, storyboards, and milestone deliverables

- Collaborate effectively with team leads in visual design, programming, and project management to achieve specified targets

Qualifications

- Graduate/postgraduate degree in any specialization

- At least four years of ID experience, a year of which must be in a team lead or project lead role

- A proven track record of WBT/ ILT design and development across multiple domains for clients in multiple geographies
