Accountability and Objectives:
- As In Stock Manager, he/she will focus on key in stock metrics that integrate with broader business metrics to deliver optimal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Vendor Managers, Category Managers and Seller KAMs to ensure availability as in-stock plan for particular categories.
- Acts as key point of contact between FC, Supply chain, Vendor Managers, Seller KAMs and Category Managers.
- Works effectively with team members within the category and in external support functions to execute on strategic objectives.
- Closely monitors the pricing of products and analyse the Inventory basis movement.
- Drives in stock, inventory turns, and supply chain improvements for assigned business unit. Translate data analysis into decision recommendation.
Experience :
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Consumer facing sectors - Retail/ FMCG Preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results
Knowledge :
- Inventory Management.
- Forecasting (Basic).
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
