2. Identify and prioritize target institutional clients and market segments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Foster a high-performance sales culture and provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at institutional client organizations.
4 .Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the institutional client segment.
5. Oversee the sales process, including client onboarding, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
