What is the objective of the role?
Principal responsibilities are :
- Responsible for Relationship Management, Reactivation, and Business Development
- New institutional client acquisition and reactivation of dormant clients
- Tracking companies and promoters for cash/fund flows through various available resources
- Strengthening existing relationships to create a long-term asset book
- Increase market share and revenue from assigned relationships
- Conduct meetings with clients/institutional brokers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate products
- Update clients with the latest market developments and fund house view regularly
Knowledge required for the role :
- Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products
- Strong product knowledge
- Strong Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of the sales process

- Influence clients and stakeholders
- Deliver good presentations
