Job Function: Manager/ Sr Manager/ Team Lead - Institutional Sales
First Reporting: Team Lead - Institutional Sales/ National Head - Institutional Sales
Final Reporting: National Head - Institutional Sales/ CEO
Role: The position is responsible for managing Institutional Sales of Mirae Asset business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of institutional sales personnel, while making them efficient and productive for the organization.
- To service the existing Clients & acquire and handle new corporates / institutions
- Develop and maintain relationship with all clients and channel partners
- Increasing the market share & brand recall of Mirae Asset Mutual fund
- Interacting with clients/ Institutional Channel partners, understanding their needs and providing them the solution.
- To update clients with market and scheme related information.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds is a must with good understanding of fixed income market of India.
- Responsibility to build, manage and enhance the client relationship value with the house.
- Has to generate and grow business and maintain consistent interaction with the relationships.
- Knowledge of Passive Products (ETFs / Index Funds) will be an added advantage.
- Would also be responsible for handling the respective distributors in the Institutional segment
Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:- Relevant experience in Institutional Sales with AMCs
- Has a strong flair for investment advisory and is well informed on the financial market and the economic conditions.
- Skill set of being a cohesive Team player.
- Good communication skill ; verbal and written with a flair to build long term rapport.
- Should have a strong knowledge on products and their effectiveness under evolving market conditions.
- AMFI certification is compulsory.
