AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Development:
- Achievement of Sales Revenue and Business Development activity defined targets
- Driving sales growth from Sugar Mills, E-Commerce and Organized Retail Customers in the region.
- Execute and conduct sales development programmes in consulation with reporting manager
- Work on improving new product introduction and improving business revenue
- Create and build upon new focused product sales opportunities in Sugar Mills
- Ensure regular visits to all partners for ensuring strong business connect.
Reporting Developments in Market:
- Ensure regular visits and connect with all business partners as per business and seasonal requirements.
- Collect and share market information including all developments that impact sales revenue like competitors activities, customers needs etc.
- Ensure timely payment collection from all institutional partners
Marketing Campaigns:
- Focus on field activities like Product Demonstrations, Improve product liquidation by executing marketing campaigns which are co-created with marketing team.
- Conduct and Drive promotion efforts of products towards long term business expansion.
- Engage efficiently with SM Officials for product liquidation through SM farmer fairs , field days
Client Support:
- Resolve all concerns, problems and issues of customers in a timely manner.
