Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for decorative paint products.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion:
- Present and promote decorative paint products to clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
Customer Support:
- Provide technical support and product information to customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience in the decorative paint industry or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Working Conditions:
