Designation- Institutional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate and institutional sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new corporate and institutional clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in corporate and institutional sales, with at least 6 + years of experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
