Sales Manager - Institutional Sales
The role will carry of KRA to handle Institutional Clients & Institutional Channel Partners and will be responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales targets.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sales Manager - Institutional Sales:
- Responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales targets.
- Market Mapping, Competition mapping in the geography assigned.
- Cross sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to time.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the region.
- Coordination with internal teams & various departments to accomplish the task assigned.
- Make daily sales calls to develop business.
- Monitor business growth regularly and maintain consistency in sourcing.
- Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with tagged existing clients.
- Efforts shall be to achieve assigned annual targets i.e. Gross, Net Sales, Asset growth, client activation / acquisition etc.
- Monitoring of Sales Metrics and adhering to processes viz. MIS, CRM Platform - Talisma, Activities, Call Reports etc.
- Work within the Compliance and Legal boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and internal framework.
- Responsible for sales generation, which will ultimately generate revenue for the organization.
