Job Title: Institutional Retail Sales Manager

Reports To: Business Head
Role Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Retail Sales Manager to join our esteemed apparel fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/Institutional sales, specifically in selling fashion apparel/accessories products. As the Institutional Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of business and generating revenue by identifying, developing long term partnerships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and strategies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, forecasting projected business to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential B2B/Institutional clients across all sectors. (corporate, government, educational, local bodies etc)
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy cash flow from clients.
- Tailor solutions to meet client's needs and communicate our valueproposition effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and advancements in apparel products.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance.
- Results-oriented with high degree of drive, passion and initiative.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Minimum 5+ yrs of exp into B2B Sales & Marketing Strategies in Apparel & Fashion Company.
- Relevant experience in Retail Apparel/Fashion Management is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
- Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product and sourcing knowledge.
- Proposal-to-conversion ratio.
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B/Institutional sales in the apparel sector.
