Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Institutional Equity Sales team. The role involves managing relationships with institutional clients, driving equity sales, and providing market insights to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including PMS, AIF Clients, family offices and mutual funds.


- Equity Sales & Advisory: Drive institutional equity sales by pitching investment ideas, recommending stocks, and executing trades.

- Market & Sector Research: Collaborate with research teams to provide clients with actionable insights on market trends, sector performance, and investment opportunities.

- New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new institutional clients while expanding the existing client base.

- Trade Execution: Ensure smooth and timely execution of trades in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Stay updated with SEBI regulations and ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory norms.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with research analysts, traders, and portfolio managers to deliver optimal solutions to clients.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in institutional equity sales within a leading brokerage, firm.

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent financial background preferred.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and institutional investor behavior.

Strong Network: Existing relationships with institutional clients will be a plus.

Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, strong communication, and persuasive sales skills.
