Job Description for Institutional Equity Dealer role

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for order execution for set of clients allocated

- Sharing trading ideas, news flow, fund flows with clients

- Setting trading limits for set of allocated clients in co-ordination with Head-Dealing

- Striving to achieve monthly/quarterly targets per client

- Interacting with clients daily to generate business

- Sourcing block deals for clients

- Regularly meeting clients

- Updating order sheet and trade sheet
