- Looking for Institutional Manager, based at Delhi . The incumbent would be responsible for :
- Managing the Institution business, e.g. CSD, CPC, HORECA, B2B, etc. on a PAN India level
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and capturing business opportunities
- Establish productive relationship with CSD Regional office, Depots, URCs and key officials to hasten up introduction, pricing, collection, and negotiation process
- Grow potential within assigned accounts through effective customer relationship management
- Lead and develop the institution business team
- Set annual / monthly sales target to the team and ensure product availability to meet the sales objectives
- Responsible for CSD & CPC Primary & Secondary Sales with robust business plan and P&L
- Collaborate with Marketing department to optimize product portfolio
- Collaborate with Finance and S&OP to optimize financial terms and logistics
