We are currently retained by a growing Agri start-up to hire an Institutional Business Manager (B2B). Please note this is an Agri input based role and need someone with strong background in the same.
As an Institutional Business Manager, you will be responsible for B2B business development, account management and identifying, establishing & maintaining strong relationship with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to find gap and develop business strategy.
- Support marketing team to develop and achieve short- and long-term goals of the organization.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationship with institutional partners.
- Generate lead and achieve sales target.
- Attend industry events and webinars to represent company.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development and key account management.
- Graduate/PG in Agri Science or related fields.
- Agri inputs- Biologicals/Fertilizers/Pesticides exposure is must.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
