We are currently retained by a well-established Agro Chemical Manufacturing company to hire an Institutional Business Head.

As an Institutional Business head, you be responsible for driving company's growth in institutional markets.

You will work on developing customer connections, driving strategic initiatives, and increases market presence.

The role will work on maximizing profits, strengthen alliances by fostering cross-functional collaboration and position the business as a go-to provider of solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Create plans that support the objectives of the organization to grow into the institutional markets.

- Determine market trends, competitive environments, and growth prospects to help guide strategic choices.

- Foster and maintain connections with important institutional clients by learning about their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

- Find possible institutional customers, create a strong pipeline, and turn leads into enduring alliances.

- To stay ahead of the competition and keep an eye on market dynamics, and industry trends.

- Offer advice and insights derived from market research to the senior management

- Oversee contract, pricing, and conditions talks with institutional clients to ensure win-win agreements.

- Oversee and coach a group of institutional sales specialists, offering direction, instruction, and performance reviews.

- Create and oversee budgets for the institutional business division, monitoring spending and making sure that financial goals are met.

- Make precise sales projections and participate in financial planning procedures.

- Form alliances with trade associations, industry associations, and other relevant parties to enhance the company's reputation and influence.

- Prepare regular reports on business progress, sales activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management's review.

- Establish strategies to deal with any potential risks and challenges in the institutional business environment.

- Check for compliance with company policies and industry standards.

To Fit the bill, you must have:

- 15+ years of experience in Agro Chemical industry.

- Proven experience in Business Development and Key Account Management

- Strong team management experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
