- Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (Corporates & Chain Pharmacies) vertical through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.
- Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual & team targets
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and review the strategy to ensure the value proposition
- Identifying records to be focused on, infiltrating these records, and building up fantastic associations with CXO's and other key partners
- You will need to always set higher benchmarks in adherence to forms furthermore recognize and make changes in procedure, effectiveness, enablement, and efficiency
- Acquainted with business flow in medicinal services and computerized human services space from buyer viewpoint.
Qualifications :
- 5 yrs + of proven track record in sales in the Healthcare/Enterprise software sales, MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and Sales strategy roles.
- Exceptional ability to think strategically, challenging the status quo to deliver innovative resulting in a competitive advantage and commercial performance.
- Superior analytical skills required; demonstrated ability to synthesize data into winning strategies and executable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions with superior customer experience and innovative approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proven ability to lead and inspire cross Functional teams
- Must be able to influence at all levels
