InstaTaskers - Head - Marketing

InstaTaskers is currently a bootstrapped startup with most of the operational costs being met by the revenues. The role is for a core team member of a startup, the compensation will be as Equity and basic pay. We will prefer candidates who are from Mumbai.

We are looking for Candidates who can lead Marketing at a nascent stage startup. We are currently operational with our product launch in the next 2-3 weeks. In a span of 6 months, we have over 2000 Taskers across the country and over 1000 clients, majorly startups and SMEs. We are in short a curated market place for business services - Design, photography, web and app, writing, business professionals.

We would love to have someone equally passionate about a startup having over 2 years of experience to lead the marketing activities which would involve planning and execution. This would include Digital on the relevant platforms, offline events, associations, tie ups.

The role would involve strategy, planning and execution. Being in the space, we have Taskers who are great at Design, writing, development, but our team member should strategise and help execute.
