We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for our baby, Instapizza. You will be the amplification engine that drives our digital marketing. Your mission is to project the Instapizza message to all willing listeners and watchers around the country.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Working with the founders and Brand Manager to interpret and express the brand vision through all digital channels

- Devising, planning, and executing strategies to increase and optimize both the sales and engagement funnels

- Developing and executing high-impact and bang-on digital campaigns that speak the Instapizza truth

- Creating and managing a growing team of in-house and freelance resources in both creative and execution

- Creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads / GDN, DV360, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as emerging platforms such as TikTok and (when possible) Sharechat

- Driving keyword research and SEO strategies and implementation

- Managing all owned social media channels and devising structured strategies to increase engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and our blogs

- Managing all digital customer touchpoints on our website, email, and SMS

- Owning Instapizza's social presence to ensure a responsive, engaging, warm outgoing and incoming communications

- Analysing website data and optimizing accordingly

- Owning Instapizza's feedback loop and setting up mechanisms to ensure that all customers are treated with kindness and warmth

- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness and performance of all digital marketing and branding efforts

Requirements:

- 5- 8+ years Experience in digital performance marketing on the agency side OR in digital performance marketing in QSR/F&B, Consumer Products, or Ecommerce

- Proven capability of managing multifaceted digital marketing strategies and campaigns

- Proven capability to drive and optimize large-scale customer acquisition through digital channels

- Strong analytical and communication skills are a must

- Education from a top-tier college or university

- Experience with data analytics is a significant plus
