Job Description:

As Product Manager - Risk, you will use data and algorithms to design intelligent systems that will,

- allow only legitimate merchants into the Instamojo universe

- protect Instamojo from merchant and transaction fraud

Additionally, you will:

- Lead a talented team comprising compliance experts, data scientists, developers and designers to drive Instamojo's risk side end-to-end

- Decide what feature/technology to build and when, and take decisions in a pragmatic, data-driven manner

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product

- Obsess over adhering to world-class best practices in startup product leadership

Qualities we are looking for,

- 2+ years of PM experience in Payments, Finance or related products

- Experience in the compliance environment is a must, as the candidate will be primarily accountable to build solutions to cater to the evolving Indian regulatory space related to payments, KYC etc.

- Management degree from a Tier-1 business school.

- Being extremely data driven, Strong analytical skills

- Being able to design and implement Machine Learning concepts

- Must have a keen eye for trends and have great understanding of statistical tools, and proficiency in Excel

- Mandatory PM skills like being able to liaison with business and engineering teams

- Good sense of UI and design
