What you will do?
As a Business Dev person, you will be responsible to identify and help potential sellers (online/offline) understand the ease and opportunity with Instamojo to grow their business.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a dynamic sales environment you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing contracts with sellers
- Your success will be measured by the no of sellers, transactions volume & the revenue your sellers bring on the platform.
- Identify and leverage locally dominant sellers.
- Establish long term partnerships with key seller partners
Who we are looking for?
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Graduate. MBA from good B Schools/Institutes would be an advantage
- 0-2 years of experience in managing a fast paced business on-ground preferably in internet space
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and good negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
- Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Has a go-getter attitude.
- Metrics driven
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Salary: Based on experience, best in the market.
