Job Description: Chief Operating Officer, GrabOn
We are looking for a self-starter to join us as Chief Operating Officer who can well execute and head end to end operations of the firm. GrabOn has exponentially grown in the last few years to become India's #1 coupons and deals website with more than 30M page views, and over 6M unique visits every month.
The roles and responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Sales & Growth heads to evaluate new strategies
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of product feature releases
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Represent the firm with clients, investors and business partners
The candidate will be responsible for below functions:
- Product
- Strategy
- Sales/Revenues
- Operational Efficiencies
- People, Culture and Internal PR
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from Tier-1 B School with at least 5 years of pre or post MBA experience
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Self-starter, quick learner and a passion to work in startups
- Prior experience in managing teams is a huge plus
- Prior experience in Ecommerce industry is preferable but not mandatory
- Adept interpersonal skills; strength in developing and maintaining client management relationships
