The Role The Design Consultant responsible for the successful design and implementation of projects allocated to them including: - Documenting project objectives, scope of the project, relevant stakeholders and timelines - Gathering data required to develop and verify the process, people, systems and risk models - Identifying and interpreting relevant analytics to identify and suggest improvement opportunities - Presenting the final solution to client stakeholders and senior leadership to drive buy-in - Agreeing and tracking implementation plans to realize benefits through and for client stakeholders - Governance to ensure we meet expectations of timeliness and quality of solution (S)he will draw on previous experience in operations, consulting, and/or process excellence for financial services to deliver timely, quality solutions while engaging stakeholders including, - Decision makers whose service delivery, cost and control goals we seek to meet - Change enablers that manage process excellence, technology, risk, HR functions as required - Operations managers and team leaders responsible for implementing and adopting the new model Key Responsibilities Deliver projects and benefits on time and on target, meeting quality requirements using effective project management standards; - Design process maps and other gather operational data for client specific process to build and validate an operational model on Maven - Learn and effectively use the state-of-the-art analytics in Maven to recommend changes to client operations to meet senior leadership objectives - Present and drive buy in on the solution design from the client leadership, operations and supporting functions - Create implementation plans based on the optimized process, people and technology configuration - Track implementation progress and re-design the operational model if necessary to deal with implementation challenges Develop projects plans working with relevant stakeholders in the Insorce and the client organization as appropriate. - Define re-engineering objectives and project scope with client leadership and operational leads - Identify and define the different stakeholders required to provide data, to work with on analyses, and to present the recommendation - Draw up the project timelines and take responsibility for the documentation and successful completion of design and implementation statements of work allocated to the Consultant - Support and administer all tasks required for meeting the contractual and revenue collection procedures Participate in initiatives to ensure design and implementation processes are improved and sustained. - Conduct third party research on client specific process to better understand the scope and challenges inherent in the project - Develop and understanding of operational risks and control mechanisms employed in financial services - Review projects regularly to capture lessons learnt and to create case studies, presentations and other collateral to share knowledge and experience across external &amp; internal stakeholders - Support Maven product innovation by discussing new analytics, process patterns, or client situations with the technical team and be prepared to test product features before release Promotion of Corporate Values - It is expected that the post holder will work in a way which furthers the values of Insorce, with particular reference to customer care, service excellence, highest standards of personal integrity, and employee development. - A high degree of flexibility is needed and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above, including travel and working with global client time zones, locations and deadlines when required, within the scope of the post Early joiners will be preferred.
