We are hiring Manager - HR & Admin for our office in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate needs to have the following skills
1. Recruitment and On-boarding (Excellent skills with Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed).
2. Employee Welfare & Engagement programs.
3. Compensation and Benefits Programs. Manage Annual Evaluation Process.
4. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
5.. Updating internal databases with new hire information and keep looking for good talent continuously via Placement talks in Campuses, other HR forums.
6. Creating and distributing policies, guidelines and FAQ's.
7. Maintaining a very healthy and positive work culture in office and be the interface between Employee and Management. Create the "Best Place to Work" atmosphere and energy in the Organization.
8. Administration of the company end to end. (Dealing with Vendors, Hotels for Events, Stock, AMC's, Compliances etc)
Qualification : PG in HR
