Position : Art Director & Sr. Art Director

Key responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Discussing with account management on client's Brief and day to day jobs

2. Understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at

3. Will be a Good Thinker & executing ideas into all forms of visual communication with different styles

4. Will be responsible to plan and review the performance of juniors/ team-mates and accordingly providing

training & development initiatives

5. Will be visiting or being the part of the calls with the clients as and when required

6. As required giving creative presentations to the clients or internal team

7. Will be responsible for all on time jobs finishing

8. Initiatives in overall cost-reduction
