What You'll Do :
Job Description - Insights Specialists:
The Insights Specialists will be responsible for analyzing a wide range of data from multiple social media and marketing channels to help customers get valuable insights on their social media, marketing, and business strategies. Have hands-on business analytics or social media analytics experience with top analytical tools/techniques.
What you will do :
- Develop analysis, models, and reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities within social media channels.
- Identifying and measuring key KPIs for social media and other marketing/ads channels, creating dashboards, data models, generate actionable insights, and create presentations
- Generate Insights for the product team to assist in product improvements/enhancements
- Evaluate social media conversations, generate actionable insights and provide analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Track brand performance on social channels and create metrics and provide reports to clients.
- Lead a cross-department internal team to identify new opportunities for collaboration and integration to provide clients more valuable insights
- The individual will be responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight on the social media performance of customers
- Train and oversee team members to assist in the analysis, reporting, and data gathering.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified :
- 3-7 Years of experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience in insights/research or analytics domain experience preferably in Saas product companies
- Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders
- Analyze social media data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of markets is a plus like trends in a developing market, emerging trends, etc
- Experience managing large data sets, research design, and publication preferred
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential analytics is preferred
- Strong drive for results; ability to effectively prioritize, adjust quickly to changing priorities and execute while under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in project management and balancing priorities.
- Proven effectiveness working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently
