- Drives Market Insighting related activities within the affiliate. Activities will cover the following areas:
- Keep track of all routine reports and dashboards and act as the custodian for the same
- Ensure all market intelligence available through the above is disseminated to the relevant teams
- Identify anomalies and carry out root cause analysis to identify problem areas whenever required
- Collaborate with marketing teams to carry out market research and insight studies
- Will identify best practices in the area of market research and disseminate to the marketing team
- Will develop digital tools and repositories to facilitate insights
- Will be the internal SME and go-to person for market research/insights
- Will drive an insights based culture within the marketing team
Background required - Bachelor in Stats with MBA from good institute and 3-4 years experience and good understanding of analysing tools like MATLAB , advanced excel , R & Python.
Experience - 3-5 years in Research & Analytics Companies, MR companies, Pharma /OTC/FMCG in a similar role
