Responsibilities include:
- Selling of working capital financing solutions to the network suppliers on organization's platform.
- Understanding the various needs of working capital by suppliers.
- Preparation of Business/discussion reports for potential clients.
- Co-ordination with capital provider partner banks & NBFCs
- Helping suppliers borrowersto complete pre-approval and post-approval formalities including execution of facility agreement, KYC etc.
- Working with internal teams and using data to identify the list of potential suppliersborrowers.
- Manage on-going Follow up with the existing client relationship and ensures for utilization of sanctioned limits.
- Follow up with the client in case of delay in repayment.
Eligibility criteria:
- 3 to 7 years of experience working in SME vertical of Bank/NBFC/Fintech.
- Knowledge of working capital financing products.
- Dealt with invoice financing/Supply chain financing product in the past.
- Experience of client acquisition of SME clients (Turnover 20 crores to 5200 crores) for Asset relationship in Banks/NBFCs/Fintech would be preferred.
- Ability to lead a team of inside sales/relationship managers
