Provide support for all implemented Success Factors modules (including PM, GM, Recruiting, ONB, CDP, SPL, LMS and EC). In addition, Administrative support for the whole system (but not limited to) :
- Serve as System Administrator for various Success Factors modules. Support live systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Respond to internal customers for system admin related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements
- Maintain system security roles, launch forms and manage supporting content (ex. Profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.)
- Configure and update system setup using Admin Center
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings - provide updates, recommendations and general problem-solving ideas.
- Create ad hoc reports, tiles and dashboards
- Evaluate Success Factors quarterly releases for system impacts and provide/inform our clients of updates and recommendations
- Assist with updating and maintaining configuration workbooks, training materials and other system related documentation
- Assist with various phases of system testing
- Any other functionality in non-provisioning part of the system
