- Responsible for the Gross Market Revenue (GMR) target of India region and YoY GMR growth
- Manage the team of Sales executives (Supplier Relationship Managers (SRMs)) and their managers
- Lead the SRM team performance life cycle: hiring, training, performance management and development
- Understand specific supplier needs of the region and or industry
- Ensure that the organization is mobilized to meet the India region targets
- Ensure that SRM sales proposition and approach is tailored to the India region
- Create sales strategies and develop initiatives to improve SRM Model (strategy to hunt and farm client accounts)
- Design and improve incentive structures, book allocation,and team processes
- Define data needs,collate, analyse, and present reports to leadership
- Work with Account Management and Supplier Market Operations team to design campaigns to achieve specific objectiveslike registrations, conversions, engagement from these campaigns
- Feed supplier voice/needs into business i.e. inform the relevant teams like Sales, Marketing and Product on the supplier needs
