Job Description:

- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HubSpot for new clients.

- This role involves managing various HubSpot hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS, and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the setup and customization of HubSpot portals for new clients, including data migration, mapping, and list segmentation.

- Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot's marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline and improve sales and marketing workflows.

- Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and templates (emails & landing pages).

- Create effective calls-to-action within the HubSpot platform.

- Data Segmentation & Analysis: Segment lists based on behavior such as email engagement and website interactions. Measure and analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows and conversion rates.

- Deal Stages & Pipelines: Configure and manage deal stages and sales pipelines within HubSpot.

- Client Relations: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful implementation.

- Optimization & Testing: Develop and execute tests to continually optimize HubSpot processes and achieve better results.

- Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists

- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)

- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs

- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.

- Experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation.

- Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)

- Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
