Job Description:


We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, implementing social media strategies, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.


Job Responsibilities:


Project Planning & Execution:


- Develop and manage team-wide project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all social media activities align with marketing objectives.


- Assign tasks and deadlines within the team for smooth execution.


- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly content calendar planning and scheduling.


Team Leadership & Collaboration:


- Lead and guide the social media team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.


- Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to maintain brand consistency.


- Ensure seamless collaboration between organic and paid social teams for campaign alignment.


Campaign Management & Optimization:


- Oversee the launch, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns across LinkedIn,

Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.


- Provide real-time feedback to the team for content improvements.


- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective ROI on ad spends.


Content Strategy & Execution:


- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, data-driven, and brand-aligned content strategies.


- Approve final content before publishing to ensure it meets brand tone, quality, and engagement standards.


- Encourage innovation in content formats, including Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Polls.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:


- Lead weekly and monthly team reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and campaign performance.


- Analyze social media KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.


- Provide clients and teams with actionable insights from team reports and analytics dashboards.


Client Communication:


- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives and KPIs.


- Present campaign updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations to leadership and clients. Address feedback from clients and collaborate with the team for timely execution.


Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:


- Identify roadblocks in execution and work proactively with the team to resolve them.


- Guide team members through challenges and support them in meeting deadlines.


- Manage crises, including negative comments, PR issues, or brand reputation concerns.


Trend Monitoring & Innovation:


- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.


- Organize monthly trend discussions with the team to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.


- Encourage team members to explore new features and creative formats on social media platforms.


Key Deliverables:


- Weekly & Monthly Performance Reports (Engagement, Reach, Conversions, Top-Performing Content)


- Content Calendar & Execution Plan


- Campaign Performance Reviews & Strategy Adjustments


- Client Updates & Project Status Reports


Required Experience:


- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


- 5+ years of experience in social media management or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand environment.


- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.


- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.


- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.


- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
