Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
Research and understand client needs and challenges to provide targeted solutions.
Customer Service & Account Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and addressing concerns.
Manage assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Sales & Reporting:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare accurate sales reports and track key performance metrics.
Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
