Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through phone calls, web research, and other channels.
- Cold Calling: Make cold calls to potential clients, establish initial contact, and effectively communicate the benefits of our software solutions.
- Technical Understanding: Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of client requirements and functional specifications to effectively address client needs and queries.
- Account Development: Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and providing technical information and explanations.
- Customer Alignment: Align customer needs with the benefits of our services to drive interest from decision-makers and influencers, ultimately generating leads and closing sales.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track sales activities, leads, and conversions, and create regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong technical understanding of software solutions and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
