Job brief: Inside Sales Representative.
Location: Bangalore.
- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
- An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working on tools like LinkedIn, Mr.E, generating interest, qualifying prospects and helping generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, LinkedIn and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and convince them of our client's value proposition.
- Route Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas for smaller opportunities.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Attend & participate in Industry events, trade shows etc to meet prospects and potential customers.
Requirements And Skills:
- Proven inside sales experience for at least 2 years.
- Working in a SAAS or similar technology organization is a must.
- Experience in dealing with large and mid size Enterprise customers in India.
- SaaS, Contact centre Technical skills & Clear grasp of AI & ML technologies and the ability to envision solutions is desirable.
- Should have sufficient Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls, emails & LinkedIn reach outs per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS/ MBA degree or equivalent.
