The CTC for this role is 16-25 LPA and it's a night shift supporting USA market. It will be hybrid role from noida.


Responsibilities:

- Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers in the US and Europe, leveraging your expertise to effectively communicate the value propositions of our digitization solutions.

- Proactively identifying and qualifying leads through strategic research and market analysis, ensuring a targeted approach in reaching out to prospects.

- Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion, driving sales growth and revenue targets.

- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points to tailor solutions that best meet their requirements.

- Scheduling and coordinating sales calls with potential customers, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing calendars and appointments.

- Providing comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations during sales calls, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions to drive customer engagement and interest.

- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless communication within the team.

- Adhering to a flexible work schedule, including night shifts, to accommodate customer time zones and maximize outreach opportunities across different regions.

- Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace and position our solutions effectively.

- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the inside sales function, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Inside Sales and Leads Generation for the US or Europe Market

- Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
