Job Description :
Overview : We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our Recruitment team. The individual will be a highly motivated, experienced sales professional who has the desire and skill to lead and develop the recruitment team to exceed targets.
Job Description :
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Implement strategies to improve the recruitment process
- Improve the selling proposition of roles and company to prospective candidates
- Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
- Responsible for providing insights to management on recruitment reports
- Develop and grow the talent pipeline to consistently meet monthly/ quarterly targets
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency to improve hiring and to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Manage data in the recruitment portal, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Participate in weekly recruitment team meetings
Skills/Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree/PG in Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of sales experience preferable
- Experience in leading Inside sales/lead generation team
- 5 to 6 years of experience in technology sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems and think critically
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
