Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment that promotes learning and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Qualified MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience in inside Sales
- Proven experience in sales management within the software or services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- High energy level and a positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively converse with prospects, customers, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and data platforms is a plus.
