Inside Sales Manager
Looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager to support our pipeline growth. A successful candidate will generate leads, qualify opportunities, schedule/run initial discovery meetings and finalize agreements with or without support of team. This position offers plenty of advancement opportunity, and you should be eager to work in a fast-paced and collaborative startup environment.

- Location: Remote during COVID lockdown, transition to office in Chennai.
- Must have home internet, and means of transportation
Responsibilities
- Gain full understanding of the company, product and onboarding process
- Identify potential decision makers and influencers
- Meet or exceed qualified new leads, scheduled discovery call quotas, meetings and closures every month
- Respond to incoming and prospect inquiries regarding our services in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat
- Hit goals for outbound outreach activities consisting of lead generation resulting in phone, email, and LinkedIn touches, as well as other agreed upon channels
- Draft compelling phone, email etc. communication scripts/ templates and ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up communications towards closure
- Keep CRM updated with activities and lead status
- Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission
- Develop relationships with past, present, and future clients
- Develop/collaborate on sales strategies whilst maintaining high productivity levels
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Customer Service, Marketing teams
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful outbound B2C sales experience
- Experience in identifying and using effective systems/ processes for lead identifications and reach out.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- A self-starter who likes working autonomously
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Should have people management experience
- Experience being held to KPIs/sales targets
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic
- CRM experience
- Willingness to learn
