Inside Sales & Lead Generation Role - SaaS Night Shift
US timings 8 PM 5 AM Indian Standard Time
- Good to have BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Inside Sales in International markets (US / UK / Europe) is a must
- Experience of working for B2B Technology companies is a must
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up the prospects
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email
Desired Profile :
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Full Time Graduate or Post graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
- Commitment to exceed targets
- Able to build good working relationships across all levels
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Sharp closing skills
- Ability to engage and build long term relationship with prospects
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills appropriate to the U.S and
- U.K prospects
- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospects pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them.
- Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your presentation to their specific needs and close the sale.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- A disciplined approach to managing your territories and your sales efforts on a daily basis
- Passion for Inside sales; successful candidates are self-driven, energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong judgement and decision making skills
- Any sales certification training attended would be an added advantage.
