Role & responsibilities:
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Lead Generation through calling and e-mails; Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts; Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets; Develop new business relationships with top brands and corporates
- Be well versed in explaining all aspects of Company's program from clinical, evidence, workflows, outcome measures & implementation
- Attract new customers and manage client relationships with new as well as existing clients; Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
- Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
- Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Companys plans; Write compelling business proposals
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Lead business development by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical
- Sell medical Records / revenue cycle management services to the medical Record Insurance companies, doctors, clinics, law firms and hospitals
- Help in setting financial/revenue targets and budget development as well as monitoring
- Build relevant weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports and dashboards for the leadership team, to communicate and track the progress of the sales effort;
