- We are looking for a manager for our Pre-Sales and Solution Design practice.
- The manager will lead the SSI team and support the GTM team with quality proposals and a deal-win strategy.
Overview:.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, set objectives, provide feedback, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Lead technical pre-sales efforts, providing estimates and scope of the implementation.
- Track and ensure the required certifications and deployments are met to maintain the Elite Partnership status of INRY with ServiceNow.
- Part of it is identifying and assigning certifications to teams with expertise.
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Collaborate with clients to define their needs and expectations, managing ongoing communications and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducted detailed requirement analysis and scope projects and synchronized team activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members on the functionality and maintenance of new systems and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Build proposals and RFPs based on ServiceNow product offerings and capabilities to meet customer requirements.
- Derive insights from past Deal data to identify opportunities to improve solutions and execution to enhance deal win probability.
- Manage relationships with the Sales and Delivery teams to provide quality proposals.
- End-to-end review of proposals and RFPs and cost estimation.
- Formulate strategy, planning, and source content for pre-sales collateral to enhance proposal quality.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents and commercial presentations.
- Contract negotiations and final checking.
- Build a reusable library of solutions and responses to expedite the proposal cycle for quicker delivery.
- Presentation of the proposal and RFPs to the end customer.
Supervisory.
- Manage a team of solution design consultants and guide them to deliver high-quality proposals and RFPs.
- Performance evaluation for the team members to drive qualities like independent thinking, collaboration, and ownership.
- Identifying the gaps in skillset and developing a plan for hiring and building in a team concept.
- Motivate & drive team members with constructive feedback.
Required qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities & implementation with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- It is good to have ServiceNow implementation or SAAS implementation experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
