Job Title: SR. MANAGER FINANCE


Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Establishment of Finance Function:

- Set up the Finance function at the SCC, ensuring alignment with corporate norms and guidelines.

2. Team Building: Build and lead a team of professionals responsible for Finance, Accounts, Governance, and Costing. Fill all positions, communicate company benefits and compensation policies, and provide guidance to foster a strong team.

3. Business Partnering & Financial Controls:- Foster strong business partnerships while maintaining rigorous financial controls.

4. Financial Services: Provide key financial services to both internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic and professional support to the supply center to achieve its objectives.

5. Cost Saving Initiatives: Develop dashboards for tracking variable costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

6. Financial Analysis: Possess a detailed understanding of P&L and Variance Analysis, utilizing this knowledge to construct meaningful reports.

7. Audit and Compliance: Manage areas related to Food Cost, Statutory/Internal Audit, and CAPEX, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

8. Inventory Management: Oversee Inventory movement analysis and audits to ensure accuracy.

9. Financial Predictions: Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual result predictions.

10. Budget Management: Manage budgets, ensuring their accuracy and credibility.

11. Risk Management: Assess and maintain risk management strategies.

12. Adherence to Financial Regulations:- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

13. Audit Oversight:- Manage all financial and internal audits, ensuring they adhere to established norms.

14. Financial Performance Monitoring:- Monitor and maintain the company's financial performance.

15. Training:- Provide quality training for accounting and finance personnel.

16. Budget Proposal:- Develop and propose annual SCC budgets and project schemes.

17. Business Initiative Analysis:- Analyze financial reports and evaluate the benefits of various business initiatives.

18. Team Engagement:- Motivate and engage a team of 4-5 members effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

Qualification: CA or ICWA with completed certification.

Experience:


- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a similar sized, scale, and complexity environment.

- Experience in Purchases and Procurement:- Strong experience in purchases and procurement is essential.
