- Understanding and exposure to engineering (CS, IT, Electronics) & MS or BCA, MCA, or MBA in IT.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the presales process for Cloud solutions (Azure/AWS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers.
- Work closely with the solution architects to design and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs
- Leverage Cloud Technology Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of Cloud technologies, particularly Azure and AWS, to provide solution-oriented guidance.
- Effective Presentation and Communication: Deliver excellent presentations, work across timelines, and maintain a positive attitude while understanding customer needs and translating them into proposed solutions.
- Proposal Development: Craft proposals by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring they address the identified business problems effectively.
- Client and Team Interaction: Engage in calls with Sales and Technology teams, conduct product demonstrations for customers, and maintain strong communication skills, especially in English, to interact with global clients and teams.
- Flexibility and Problem Solving: Adapt to the dynamic needs of the role, and adeptly identify and address customer requirements by offering comprehensive solutions.
