Job Purpose is to handle activities involving Land Acquisition, Project Planning, and Liaison with Government Offices & Village authorities and negotiation with the farmers or landowners, follow up in court matters.
Negotiation with private land owners through broker, obtaining title clearance, land measurement through DILR, execution of sale deeds, obtaining permission to purchase agriculture land for bonafied industrial use, lay out plan approval from Town Planning department, conversion of agriculture land for nonagriculture use, mutation entry in revenue records and other land related formalities.
- Supervising overall management of land acquisition and property sourcing matters encompassing sourcing & site visits, research and all matters pertaining to land acquisition.
- Handle procedures for getting Government (Revenue) land forest land on lease for wind farm purpose
- Engage in Identification and suitability of locations for the upcoming projects.
- Carrying out valuation, negotiation of property and as well as authentication / verification check of registered property title documents.
- Coordinating with the offices of Sub Registrar & Revenue Department for title search reports and also verification of property title, land dues and other compliance tasks.
- Obtaining NOC from concerned authorities of Financial Institutions, Revenue Dept., and Ceiling Dept. and from any other department if necessary.
- Resumption of Gram Samaj Land, Exchange of SC/ST land & permission for purchasing SC/ST land and procurement of custodian (Evacuee) land in favor of company.
- Involved in identification of land survey no. & area with the help of village map, Khasra and Jamabandi.
- Identify potential sites and ensure effective acquisition of the site as per defined procedure and compliance guidelines.
