Hiring for DGM Extrusion for Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited

Manages extrusion manufacturing, plans and assigns work, ensures quality production and maximum efficiency, enforces policy and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods. Able to implement process improvement and day to day problem solving for extrusion.

Manage and train Operators in maximizing extrusion output and yield performance.

Provide hands on training on processing and equipment.

Create a training/certification program for production and machinery.

Train staff to troubleshoot Extrusion defects and provide proper documentation.

Train maintenance staff on proper PM and PM procedures.

Assist in production operations and maintenance as needed.

Develop all SOP's and train staff.

Collaborate with other departments as needed for Continuous improvements

Obtain a company Fork lift License.

All other tasks assigned by Department Management
