TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls and web inquiries for all charter requests
- Create and participate in charter-related marketing efforts
- Obtain a thorough understanding of all BLADE India services and support functions
- Prepare personalized quotes, sales documents, and client agreements
- Follow up and diligently maintain the new inquiry process
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to enter, track, and grow client contacts
- Book, accommodate changes to and confirm details for charter trips
- Arrange ancillary services requested by the client in coordination with operations
- Watch over the trip and details to ensure the successful charter experience
- Assist and expedite invoicing by tracking all expenses and revenue on each trip
- Assist Flight Operations in aircraft sourcing efforts and coordination
- Coordinate with Flight Operations Team to deliver superior and consistent levels of service
- Proactively manage charter client accounts
- Establish, implement and execute client contacts and follow up program
- Periodically visit customers and participate in trade shows and exhibits
- Constantly seek ways to be aware of all industry developments and competitive interests
- Maintain a database of operators with fleet details PAN India

Required Skills & Qualification:
- Graduation (Mandatory) with 3 + yrs of experience
- Recent sales experience is highly preferred
- This position prefers a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields
- Candidate should possess a strong orientation towards sales and understand how to create and maintain profitable business relationships with assigned accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and business decision-making skills
- A 'Go Getter 'approach
- Must be able to manage change with resilience and display tremendous drive and commitment
- Candidate must possess strong skills in written and verbal communication, negotiation, time management, organization, planning, and presentation
- Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate leadership capabilities and have the ability to disseminate information professionally
- Candidate must be available to work additional hours and/or days as needed
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strongly prefer knowledge of Blade's Reservation System.
- Candidate should possess an overall knowledge of company procedures and policies
- Must be able and willing to establish a virtual office
