Role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a foundational role in the growth and development of a diverse set of teams at Innoviti. You will work alongside most innovative thought leaders and work to build world-class people organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment strategy for tech & non-technical side (Business Functions)
- Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding)
- Be a custodian to candidate experience and stakeholder experience
- Ensure an exemplary on-boarding process & plan 30,60 & 90 days connects
- Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams
- Initiate and drive projects from time to time (with cross functional teams)
- Build strong relationships with team members to encourage high-quality referrals, and help run our internal and external referral program
- Partner with business\Teams on culture building that makes Innoviti a great Employer Brand, be a culture champion to drive Employer Branding.
- Build University relationships and drive University hiring for assigned functions
- Be the custodian of Data and Presentation for assigned projects
Job Specification:
- Comes with 3 - 8 years of experience in recruiting and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Exposure to University Hiring & Relationships is a plus
- Have a great understanding of different roles in the industry; with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards
- Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
- Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Working relationship:
- Reporting to Head - TA
- Partner with Line Managers \ Function Managers \ Heads
- Partner with central HR Operations
- Partner with Regional HR & Admin
- Manage External Vendors ( If any)
